Kidneys are the organs that help filter all the waste material from our body. It helps purifies blood and an intrinsic part of the body. They help in regulating body’s blood pressure, main the red blood cell production and various other important functions are performed by our kidneys.
Last Week I read a journal where I could observe that there are various people suffering from acute Kidney problems and this is a major issue growing all over the World but India is place where majority are the sufferers. 10% of the urban population suffers from acute kidney problems.
Our Kidney is the garbage bag of our body which purifies and remove all trash from our body but when this garbage bag starts getting destroyed waste products and fluids get collected into our body and causes serious health issues like swelling of ankles, vomiting, poor sleep and weakness.
We can protect these tiny heroes of our body if we follow few of the tips like exercise daily, and avoid the use of smoke or excessive drinks. Maintaining a good diet can also protect us from kidney related issues. It is because a functional kidney can led you to a better life.
