With the holy month of Ramadan there comes some amazing ideas to make your Suhoor healthy and as well as appetizing for your tummy. There are several outstanding ideas you can utilize to make your morning Suhoor healthy as well as tasty.

If you want your day to be filled with energy and enthusiasm trust me add some peanut butter to your whole grain toast. But don’t forget to exceed the serving size which is 2tsp to maintain the nutritional value of the butter in your body. This serving will you go going with the long day schedule of work.
