Why is breakfast the most important meal of the day

We always have been into the habit of not having our breakfast and moving out of the home for office, coaching center or school. In an attempt to save few minutes we actually do harm to ourselves.  Breakfast in an integral part of our regime. It is kind of fuel to our body and mind to take a start for a long day.

According to nutritionists breakfast should be eaten within 2 hours of your waking up from bed. Apart from providing energy to our body breakfasts are good and important source of nutrients, iron, and calcium and according to research it is said that if these important source are missed during the breakfast they cannot be retained through other meals of the day. Fruits and vegetables are an important source of vitamins and minerals for our body and a good option to include in your breakfast regime.

Breakfast can have other benefits too. It helps to keep us away from various diseases like heart problem, diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity. Breakfast also helps our body to retain the glucose level, an important carbohydrate that is required for brain to function. According to research eating breakfast can also improve concentration level, improve mood amongst the children.

So now, Breakfast in an important part of the day.
